2. Nope. She just told him she would move at the end of the year and that was it. He had to be the one to correct her and clarifying things.

   Discussing is asking him what he meant by asking him what he meant with the question he made or asking him what he thought of moving in together.

3. You made bad decisions, these are the consequences. Yes, keep the debt on, it has to be paid and of course he should help with it but I doubt he will, he sounds a right asshole. Look at getting some advice on managing it going forwards.
