They have a right to be who they want to be, in whatever form makes them feel right, and this is just being judgmental for no reason. There's nothing wrong with, say, a heterosexual, born male at birth person who simply feels better wearing and presenting as female in public, for example, and they don't deserve judgment just because that doesn't make sense to you. I mean, what do you think “non-binary person” or “gender-fluid” refers to?
Let people be who they are, and if you don't find someone attractive to you, as you say, that's also perfectly acceptable. But don't shame, and don't force your beliefs and feelings on others.
